The customer service was SO KIND in their messages and genuinely this urn is PHENOMENAL, I just love the design on the front. My pup spent a few years in the box that he came with for free from the cremator. Now that I had a means to be able to upgrade him, I did! And this was the PERFECT upgrade!

Really happy with this keyring in memory of our pup. The engraving has a warm, slightly burnt look to it, which actually adds a nice touch. For the price, its great quality and feels really special. The customer service was quick to respond when I had a question too. Would definitely order again
